I received an invitation to collaborate with the Greencave.Co team on the art direction and 2D and 3D motion graphics for ESPN Brasil's Bola de Prata. The Bola de Prata is an annual sports award that has been recognizing the best football players and coaches in the Série A of the Brazilian Football Championship since 1970.
My responsibility involved the art direction of all content displayed on the main screens. After receiving the briefing and some concepts featuring an illustration of a player in the foreground and a category name in the background, we faced the challenge of bringing these players to life by recreating them in 3D. We used Mixamo as the primary resource and solution for poses and movements.
In the end, as a passionate football fan and follower of the Brazilian Championship, it was an incredible experience to watch and be a part of the recognition of great players and coaches in this award ceremony.
